Job summary

Successfactors is seeking a Senior Technician, Instrument to perform calibration of critical field instruments and troubleshoot process instrumentation in Dammam. You will work under Foreman/Supervisor guidance, ensuring safe operations and accurate data reporting.

The role requires a Diploma with 2–6 years of on-site instrumentation experience, plus familiarity with Hart communicators and Fisher 375/475. You will coordinate with process teams and adhere to HS&E policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in instrumentation or related field.
• 2–6 years of field instrumentation experience.
• Familiarity with HS&E policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Get instructions from Foreman/Supervisor on job plan activities.
• Calibrate critical field instruments and report data.
• Troubleshoot field process instruments and transmitters.
• Inform Foreman/Supervisor about abnormalities during breakdowns, PM or calibration.
• Check belt weigh systems and weigh feeders for proper operation.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and in good condition.
• Perform safety compliance and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow HS&E policies and safety instructions.

• Getting instruction from Foreman/Supervisor ABOUT THE JOB PLAN ACTIVITIES.
• To perform calibration of Critical field instruments & provide the calibration data to Foreman / Supervisor.
• Troubleshooting of field process instrumentation like transmitters, pneumatic valves etc.
• To inform Foreman / Supervisor about any abnormality observed during Breakdown/PM / calibration jobs.
• Routine check of Belt weigh systems & weigh feeders.
• To check availability & healthiness of any special tools & equipment.
• Experience in using HART communicators. (Fisher 375/475).
• Knowledge of Pneumatic instrument fittings, impulse tubing, tools.
• Required Training conducting for Subordinates (Foreman & Technician)
• Close Co-ordination with Process and other Departments.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
