Responsibilities

• Review concrete mix designs for compliance with specs and durability needs.
• Evaluate contractor materials, products, and testing procedures for alignment with standards.
• Conduct design reviews, investigations, inspections, and testing-related assessments.
• Recommend materials based on performance, durability, and site requirements.
• Assess material characteristics including strength, environmental resistance, and sustainability.
