Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is a cornerstone of asset servicing, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, with over 1,200 professionals delivering services to institutional clients across Europe. The team works on Master Data Services and related static data tasks to support global operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Static Data, you will maintain static data across MDC and GP systems, supporting global servicing with 8-hour daily coverage and a standard 8:00am–5:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
• Knowledge in Bloomberg or other service providers will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with MDC and GP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, etc).
• Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc).
• Ensure internal and external enquiries are handled properly.
• Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
• Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occurs on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance
