Job summary

CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two hubs that supports Custody, Transaction Management, NAV Production, Fund Reporting, Data Service Delivery and more, with a 24/5 operating model.

Reporting to the Manager, Static Data, you will ensure timely update and maintenance of all static data in MDC and GP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with relevant background.
• Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion and maintenance of static data in MDC and GP.
• Control and validate market data from providers (Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Analyze and execute corporate actions (dividend, spins, splits).
• Handle internal and external inquiries with high-quality standards.
• Accountable for Global Servicing from the operating location.
• Promote leadership and coaching to improve team performance.
• Cross-train and rotate duties to increase efficiency.
• Periodically review processes to ensure compliance.
