Job summary

CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager, Static Data - Master Data Services to oversee the timely maintenance of static data across processing systems. The role supports global operations, handles data from Bloomberg and other providers, and ensures accurate corporate actions processing with a focus on data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Bloomberg or other service providers.
• Familiar with core platforms: MDC and all the GP.
• Possess strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion and maintenance of Financial Instruments in internal system
• Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
• Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc.)
• Ensure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standard
• Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
• Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occurs on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance
