Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Services to lead the KBO region across KSA, Bahrain and Oman. You’ll translate strategy into a sub-regional plan, build senior client relationships and win new business with financial institutions, merchants and fintechs.

You’ll shape the marketing advisory offerings, collaborate with VCA, Products, Sales and Finance, and drive end-to-end marketing execution with a data-driven, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 12 years with an Advanced degree.
• Proven leader with a track record of building diverse, top performing teams.
• Independent, self-starter with a record of driving complex strategies across large teams.
• Strong relationship building across countries and business units to execute strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the KBO Marketing Services pipeline, P&L and annual plan.
• Develop senior relationships with clients across financial institutions, merchants and fintechs.
• Commercialize marketing advisory services aligning with Visa assets and insights.
• Partner with VCA, Products, Sales, Finance and regional leadership for a One Visa approach.
• Build and develop a high-performing client-facing Marketing Services team across KSA, Bahrain and Oman.
• Oversee annual planning, pipeline governance, resource prioritization and delivery oversight.
• Expand advisory, digital, martech and measurement capabilities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ensure governance, quality assurance and delivery excellence with supporting functions.
