• Must have experience defining, monitoring, and reporting SLA performance across multiple verticals and MSPs.
• Experience governing assessment, approval, and implementation of changes to city infrastructure and systems.
• Ability to validate infrastructure and systems meet operational requirements as part of change implementation during BAU operations.
