Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline as listed.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• MBA or MSc in real estate or urban development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and organisational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline

Master's Degree

MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable
