Qiddiya is seeking a seasoned Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to serve as the IT liaison across departments. You will understand business processes and guide IT strategy to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities include prioritizing projects, aligning initiatives with technology, managing budgets and resources, and representing technology in executive meetings. Requires 10+ years in stakeholder management or related fields and strong leadership.

• The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is the IT liaison for each department in an organization.
• Understands all business processes and provides technical guidance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for IT business strategy requirements.
• Reducing business and IT obstacles is a key BRM task.
• BRM is responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and directing IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
• BRM Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Represent the technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
• 10+ years experience in stakeholder management/engagement, business development, or software engineering. Extensive working/proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and community members. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
