Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline; master's preferred.
10+ years in business analysis, demand management, BRM, or IT consulting.
Proven track record with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities.
Able to work autonomously with strategic and innovative thinking.
Experience in BRD development and business case preparation.
Familiar with demand or portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarity).
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between IT and business units in City Development, advocating for IT strategy.
Identify and analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Lead and manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles for timely delivery.
Facilitate workshops to gather inputs, refine requirements, and set priorities.
Develop and maintain business process documentation aligned with solutions.
Monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones with updates to leadership.
Stay informed on emerging technologies to enhance city IT operations.
