Qualifications

• Able to work autonomously with strategic and innovative thinking.
• Experience in BRD development and business case preparation.
• Familiar with demand or portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarity).
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships between IT and various business units to identify needs, recommend appropriate technological solutions, and oversee the execution of IT projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will establish frameworks for business analysis to facilitate data‑driven decision making and support continuous improvement processes. As a leader, you will mentor a team of IT business analysts and oversee the execution of technology‑enabled projects, ensuring they align with both current and future needs of city development and management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, demand management, business relationship management (BRM), or IT consulting
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior executives and cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities
• Capability to work autonomously, think strategically, and offer innovative solutions
• Skilled in the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and business cases
• Familiarity with demand or portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar)
• Outstanding facilitation and analytical capabilities
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred
• Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
