Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Housing Services to oversee all aspects of housing for employees and families in the Riyadh region. You will develop policies, allocate units, supervise maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance.

Role requires 5–7 years in housing or facilities management, strong leadership, budgeting prowess, and collaboration across departments to attract and retain top talent. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

• Solid understanding of housing regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with property management/reporting software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all aspects of housing services for employees and families.
• Develop and implement housing service policies and procedures.
• Allocate housing units based on guidelines and fairness.
• Supervise maintenance, repairs, and safety standards of housing units.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures for housing services.
• Lead and develop a housing services team and report on utilization.
