Job summary

McLarens in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Adjuster - Major Loss. The role reports to the Country Manager and manages a broad portfolio from investigation to settlement, ensuring compliance with McLarens’ technical and operational standards.

Based in Riyadh with hybrid work, you will mentor the Saudi team, strengthen technical capabilities through coaching and knowledge transfer, and travel as required to cover the region.

Qualifications

• CILA/CII qualified or progress toward the qualification is required.
• Proven experience in loss adjusting with focus on quality and communication.
• Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Handle own workload of major loss claims from investigation to settlement.
• Negotiate and settle claims with insured, insurers and brokers.
• Conduct on-site investigations and damage surveys and produce compliant reports.
• Support development of the Saudi team through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
• Travel as required across the geographic coverage.
