KEO International invites applications for a Contracts & Claims Specialist based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role safeguards contractual entitlements, manages commercial risk, and oversees contract obligations across the project lifecycle.

You will work with project leadership, commercial teams, clients, consultants, and contractors, applying FIDIC-based contract knowledge and strong negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications are preferred.
• 10–15 years of career experience with a track record in contract administration and claims management.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and international forms of contract.

Responsabilidades

• Administer contracts in accordance with applicable Conditions of Contract, with emphasis on FIDIC forms.
• Interpret and advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, risks, and remedies.
• Review contract documents and monitor compliance and risk exposure.
• Maintain contract administration systems, risk logs, and notices trackers.
• Provide strategic contractual guidance to project leadership and commercial teams.
• Coordinate timely contractual notices and determinations.
