Job summary

McLarens in Riyadh seeks a loss adjuster with CILA/CII qualifications or progress, to manage a broad claims portfolio from investigation to settlement. The role includes mentoring the Saudi team, developing technical capabilities, and supporting business growth across regions.

Travel across the geographic scope is required. Expatriate applicants are welcome. Competitive compensation with incentives, training, and global exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• CILA/CII qualified or progress towards CILA/CII
• Experience in loss adjusting
• Strong quality, communication, technical and organizational skills
• Proven negotiation, decision making and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder management
• Reputation in broker/insurer market is advantageous
• Competent in handling Property, Construction and Engineering losses; other lines a plus
• Travel to cover geographic scope required

Responsibilities

• Handle own workload of cases from business attracted into McLarens
• Investigate, negotiate and settle claims professionally
• Liaise with insured, insurers and brokers for timely conclusion of claims
• Complete on-site investigations and damage surveys
• Produce reports per professional standards and internal guidelines
• Contribute to business development and growth opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to adjusters and staff
• Develop internal claims handling procedures and resources
• Undertake projects and ad hoc work as required
• Promote McLarens image and profitability
