Saudi Aramco seeks an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join the M&A Advisory Department. The role supports development and execution of large international transactions, acting as finance lead across the lifecycle, from screening opportunities to integration planning.

You will interact with Treasury, Controllers, Embedded Finance, Strategy, and Law, provide objective assessments to executive management, and mentor staff while upholding Aramco standards and IFRS guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management or Engineering.
• MBA or accounting qualification (CPA/CA/CFA) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in conducting M&A transactions.
• Experience with cross-border transactions in energy or natural resources preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent Finance as a core member in a multi-functional transaction team.
• Lead financial assessment, deal structuring, and due diligence.
• Prepare bid price recommendations for senior management.
• Interface with Treasury, Controllers, Embedded Finance, Strategy and Law to deliver transaction requirements.
• Mentor staff and develop continuous improvement in M&A processes.
• Support integration planning and post-transaction evaluations.
