Aramco in Australia seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join the M&A Advisory Department within Finance. The role supports transaction development and execution through valuation, modelling, due diligence, and negotiation support, delivering objective advice to senior management.

You will work on large, complex cross-border transactions in energy or natural resources, building intricate financial models and mentoring team members while thriving under deadlines and dynamic conditions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or Engineering.
• MBA or accounting qualification preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of financial analysis in M&A and complex valuation models.
• Experience with large cross-border transactions in energy or natural resources.
• Familiarity with IFRS and international taxation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice to senior management to support M&A valuation decisions.
• Develop and execute M&A transactions with financial analysis, modelling and due diligence.
• Source inputs from multiple internal and external sources and address gaps and risks.
• Coach and mentor team members in relevant areas.
• Improve processes and methodologies to become a valuation centre of excellence.
• Manage external advisors and relationships to bring external perspectives.
