Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Senior Linux & OpenShift Application Support Engineer in Riyadh. The role focuses on Linux server administration, OpenShift cluster management, and middleware/API platform support to ensure high availability and performance of enterprise applications.

You will configure, patch, and secure systems, automate operational tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for production deployments and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline.
• 10+ years IT experience with senior level competencies.
• 5+ years hands-on OpenShift administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise middleware and API platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and administer Linux servers.
• Manage OpenShift 4.x environments including deployment and upgrades.
• Administer WSO2 API Manager and IAM; ensure security policies.
• Maintain Strapi-based apps and API integration.
• Provide L2/L3 support across Linux, OpenShift, middleware.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve ops efficiency and SLA adherence.
