Job summary

Red Hat Consulting is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join our Saudi Arabia team. You will guide on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat cloud technologies, with a focus on OpenShift, OpenStack, and related platforms.

You will build broad and deep technical expertise while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, plus a readiness to travel up to 100% and stay current with evolving

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or related role.
• Experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and RedHat cloud solutions like OpenShift and OpenStack.
• Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
• RHCE certification or willingness to pursue within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• OpenShift AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert at the customer site addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
• Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customers needs.
• Produce quality results and support multiple projects across industries.
• Keep stakeholders updated on issues affecting project or company performance.
• Manage problem identification, system architecture, and software specification, plus design, testing and deployment of open source solutions.
• Provide written project documentation for RedHat and customer management.
• Adapt to changing customer requirements.

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an Associate Cloud Consultant to join us in Saudi Arabia In this role you will guide the on-site delivery and implementation of modern RedHat technology You will focus on delivering quality work resulting in a positive customer experience while building broad and deep technical expertise in RedHat cloud technologies Asa Cloud Consultantyou ll gain an understanding of our customers infrastructure with a particular focus on RedHat OpenShift Container Platform and other RedHat cloud technologies and business needs and make recommendations appropriate to their environment The candidate must be located in Saudi Arabia This position is open to Saudi nationals only

What you will do
