Job summary

slihrms is seeking a talented Architect - Landscaping to oversee landscape architecture and site landscaping works for a major development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, sustainability requirements, quality standards and project schedules.

You will work closely with the Resident Engineer, landscape consultants, contractors, architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outdoor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
8+ years in landscape architecture or site supervision.
Experience on large-scale developments preferred.
Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and design software.

Responsibilities

Supervise landscape construction to meet drawings and specs.
Review shop drawings, materials, and documentation.
Inspect hardscape and softscape works such as planting and irrigation.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve interfaces.
Prepare site inspections, progress reports, and handover documents.
