Job summary

WSP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a qualified Landscape Architect to join the supervision team for a prestigious project. The role focuses on site-based landscape design implementation, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate brings strong post-contract supervision experience, shop drawing reviews, and on-site inspections, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Saudi-based candidates with valid Iqama are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in architectural supervision.
• Experience with reputable consultancy on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of post-contract supervision processes, including shop drawing reviews and site inspections.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Saudi-based candidates with valid Iqama are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the supervision of all landscape works, including reviews of technical submittals and resolving site issues.
• Monitor progress and quality of landscape works by consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure landscape installations comply with contract specs, design intent, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to secure approvals and NOCs.
• Review material inspection requests, conduct on-site inspections, and sign off on approvals.
• Prepare and supervise documentation for work completion and consultant sign-off after inspections.
• Supervise all landscape activities across the site, aligning with shop drawings and layouts.
• Inspect landscape works per approved plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with civil/infrastructure teams for seamless integration of landscape elements.
• Resolve discrepancies between IFC/contract drawings and civil works with practical on-site solutions.
• Review RFIs, inspect work per method statements, and conduct material/design reviews.
