Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Riyadh is seeking an Architect Landscaping to oversee landscape architecture and site works for a major development. You will supervise construction activities, ensure design intent and sustainability targets, and coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and 8+ years of related experience, including large-scale developments in arid climates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years in landscape architecture, construction, or supervision.
• 5+ years in landscape supervision on large-scale developments.
• Experience in site supervision consultancy or engineering environments preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscape design and arid climates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction works according to drawings, specs and contract requirements.
• Review landscape designs, shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Inspect hardscape works including paving, plazas, walkways, walls, site furniture and water features.
• Supervise softscape works including planting, irrigation, turf, trees and beds.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, MEP, irrigation and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against construction schedules.
• Assist with snagging, punch-list closure and final acceptance inspections.
• Ensure HSE compliance during landscape construction works.
