Job summary

Esnad Contracting in Riyadh is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to sustain daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure secure access to IT services across the organization.

You will manage Active Directory, Windows environments, backups, and remote support, while coordinating with service providers and enforcing IT security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery, remote support tools, and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the employees and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Active Directory.
• Monitor system and network performance and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues.
