Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Senior Specialist, Inventory Management to oversee inventory, assets, and warehouse operations across multiple camps with rotational presence. You will manage daily receiving, storage, issuance, and distribution, while enforcing safety, governance, and accurate reporting.

You will define reorder levels, monitor stock, coordinate with vendors, and drive process improvements through data analysis, audits, and ERP usage to optimize efficiency and reduce loss.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in inventory, warehouse, or asset management roles.
• Experience with audits, reporting and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Oversight across multiple camps with rotational presence.
• Manage daily receiving, storage, issuance and distribution of materials.
• Define reorder levels, safety stock, and asset thresholds.
• Oversee warehouse operations, space utilization, and stock locations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Prepare inventory reports and support management decisions.
