Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in fit-out estimation and tendering.
• Experience including preparation and analysis of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing and tender submissions.
• Experience handling major commercial/interior fit-out tenders in KSA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction packages.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate material and labour cost calculations.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Prepare competitive tender submissions and support pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, project and commercial teams during tender preparation.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions and potential commercial risks.
• Maintain estimation records, pricing databases and tender documentation.
