Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction packages.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop material and labour cost calculations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, project and commercial teams during tender prep.
