Job summary

Hemamona General Contracting in Riyadh is seeking a Civil/Architectural Engineer with 3+ years of site experience to lead fit-out and finishing activities on major construction projects.

You will read and apply drawings on site, supervise subcontractors, coordinate with the Consultant and Project Manager, raise IRs, and deliver daily reports while ensuring quality and compliance. Fluency in English and strong coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 3+ years of site experience in construction and Fit-Out.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply drawings on site.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and labor.
• Strong site coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Fit-Out and finishing activities on site.
• Check site dimensions and coordinate shop drawings.
• Read, understand, and apply architectural, civil, and shop drawings on site.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor; monitor daily site activities.
• Coordinate with the Consultant, Project Manager, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Raise, follow up, and close Inspection Requests (IRs) with the Consultant.
• Prepare accurate daily progress and site reports.
• Prepare, track, and close snag/punch lists within assigned areas.
• Ensure activities are executed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Supervise daily Fit-Out and finishing activities, including demolition, structural openings, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
• Check site dimensions and coordinate shop drawings with actual site conditions.
• Read, understand, and apply architectural, civil, and shop drawings on site.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor and monitor daily site activities.
• Coordinate with the Consultant, Project Manager, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Raise, follow up, and close Inspection Requests (IRs) with the Consultant.
• Prepare accurate daily progress and site reports.
• Prepare, track, and close snag/punch lists within assigned areas.

• Strong ability to check site dimensions and coordinate drawings with actual site conditions.
• Proven experience in supervising subcontractors and labor.
• Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
