Job summary

Salla is seeking a Sr Integration Support Specialist to ensure seamless connectivity between our Ecommerce SaaS platform and partners in Saudi Arabia. You will architect scalable integration solutions, design and maintain APIs, and provide expert troubleshooting to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with product goals, stay current on industry trends, and document technical workflows for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, preferably in Ecommerce or SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in API design principles and patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, and messaging queues.
• Hands-on with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OAuth/OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration architectures for our Ecommerce SaaS platform with external systems.
• Design and maintain high-quality APIs to enable data exchange and interoperability.
• Conduct thorough testing of API integrations for functionality and error handling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OAuth/OpenID Connect.
• Strong knowledge of API security best practices, including encryption, tokenization, and identity management.
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms and their APIs (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with common third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, shipping services).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
