Job summary

Marsh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and acquire new clients within our partnership schemes, driving growth across our Insurance solutions. You will build a strong pipeline, represent Marsh at industry events, and collaborate with in-country specialists to exceed sales targets and deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Insurance Industry.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Energetic, positive attitude under pressure with multitasking capability.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to grow the network.
• Conduct research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients across multiple solutions.
• Create, negotiate and close sales proposals for our full product suite.
• Support due diligence reports and client-requested presentations.
• Deliver presentations and guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client interactions in the CRM.
