Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive in Riyadh to identify and acquire new clients within partnership schemes. You will work in a dynamic team to build a robust pipeline and close multi-product insurance deals across Medical and Non-Medical lines.

The role involves representing Marsh at industry events, developing customer acquisition strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. A hybrid work model and clear advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience preferably in the Insurance Industry.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via partnerships.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your professional network.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies and plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple insurance solutions.
• Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering our full suite of insurance products.
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
• Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
• Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM system.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.
