Job summary

KONE is seeking an Installation Engineer to manage and control installation projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion and maintenance hand-over to the client. The role emphasizes leading the installation team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 5–7 years in elevator/escalator projects, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Leadership for on-site teams.
• Effective communication with contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation projects on schedule and on budget.
• Ensure site safety and environmental controls.
• Plan delivery, storage of materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee final testing and handover to maintenance.
• Maintain customer and subcontractor relationships.
