Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting is seeking an Elevator Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on elevators, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance. You will diagnose complex malfunctions, install new components, and respond to emergency repair calls to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on elevators ensuring they meet safety standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex elevator malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools to minimize downtime.
• Install new elevator systems and components adhering to blueprints and specifications for safe and efficient operation.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair calls providing efficient solutions to restore service quickly and safely.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to assess project requirements and provide technical input on elevator design.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Educate clients on proper elevator operation and safety procedures to enhance user experience and safety awareness.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and code changes to continuously improve skills and service quality.
• Perform modifications and upgrades on existing elevator systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Installs, inspects, and maintains elevators and escalators for safe operation.
