Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Civil) in Saudi Arabia to lead civil engineering across multiple delivery packages, with emphasis on substructure works, stormwater, drainage, flood mitigation and hydraulic coordination. The role involves coordinating with project teams, clients and consultants to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead design reviews, manage budgets and risk, oversee MEP interfaces and promote Mace values across a large-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a degree in civil engineering.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Experience with major infrastructure programmes is required.
Chartered Engineer status is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for civil engineering across multiple delivery packages.
Review designs for compliance with programme requirements and standards.
Lead technical reviews of substructures, earthworks, roads, utilities, structures and drainage.
Coordinate interfaces between civil and utility disciplines and manage delivery milestones.
Support resolution of technical design and construction issues and manage technical risk.
