Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software deployment management or implementation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Technical background with ability to work independently.
• Experience with social media management software is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a regional context.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing implementation consulting team delivering value-oriented Sprinklr deployments.
• Maintain regional implementation practice strategy and collaborate with regional leaders.
