Job summary

Areeb Human Resources is assisting in recruiting an IBMS Senior Engineer for our client in Riyadh. The role focuses on overseeing installation, operation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems in a demanding environment, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and sustainability.

The candidate will lead engineering teams, perform performance analyses, and implement predictive maintenance to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Experience in stadium environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems with compliance to standards.
• Conduct evaluations and performance analyses to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Implement predictive maintenance to minimize failures and downtime.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports on trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and meet objectives.
• Drive innovation by adopting modern technologies and sustainable practices.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize performance and maintenance efficiency.
• Support design, commissioning, and troubleshooting to integrate with other disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to policies, health, safety, and client specifications.
