Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to oversee the operation, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems in large-scale facilities. You will lead engineering teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive improvements to efficiency and reliability.

Applicants should have 5–8 years in electronics with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and prefer stadium-related experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in electronics engineering with 2+ years in leadership/senior role.
• Experience in stadium environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations and performance analyses to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize system failures and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor electronic system performance and prepare detailed reports highlighting performance trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
• Drive innovation by researching and adopting modern technologies and sustainable engineering practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing system performance, resource utilization, and maintenance efficiency.
• Support project design, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities to ensure seamless integration with other technical disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and client specifications throughout all electronic operations.

Experience Required

• 5-8 years of experience in electronics engineering, including system design, maintenance, and operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Has experience in stadiums.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Electronics Systems or a related field is preferred.
