Job summary

KalSoft is seeking a Senior IBM BAW/BPM Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support BPM solutions for banking operations in Riyadh. Strong hands-on experience with IBM BAW/BPM, BPMN, and enterprise workflow development is required. Appian experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, integrating with core banking platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and delivering SDLC deliverables with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process workflows using IBM BAW for banking processes such as loan origination, account opening, trade finance, and customer onboarding.
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate IBM BAW with core banking platforms and other financial systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, improve performance, and maintain workflow applications.
• Participate in SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflow applications and solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, security, and banking regulations.
