Job summary

TAWANTECH is looking for an experienced IBM API Connect & DataPower Developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will design, develop, and manage API solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise integration and security standards.

The ideal candidate has proven skills in API management, security implementation, and integration projects, with hands-on experience in IBM API Connect and DataPower. A thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP services, along with knowledge of API security protocols, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM API Connect and IBM DataPower Gateway in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying APIs.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with security protocols including OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API Key authentication.
• Experience with API lifecycle management and integration architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy APIs using IBM API Connect.
• Configure and manage IBM DataPower Gateway services.
• Implement API security policies, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Participate in system testing, deployment, and production support activities.
