Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven success estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC systems.
• Strong experience with HVAC solutions and VRF/Multi V systems; capable of performing heating and cooling load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: proactively identify and secure new opportunities and build relationships with traditional clients to create a strong pipeline.
• Technical Sales & Estimates: conduct heating and cooling load calculations, select optimal HVAC solutions, and prepare precise equipment/material/service estimates.
• Client Management: visit clients to assess needs, promote products/services, handle stock/pricing/credit terms inquiries, and maintain records.
• Proposals & Presentations: develop and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial proposals to customers.
• Sales Forecasting: meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly backlog reports.
• Professional Integrity: conduct all sales activities and client interactions with high business ethics.
