Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in high voltage products to support customers on site in the Eastern Province. The role involves installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating with project teams on site.

The candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and comfortable working at customer sites, following safety and project management requirements. This is a full-time on-site position in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in high voltage products, electrical equipment, switchgears, and HV switchgear protection and control.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment.
• Identify and correct complex problems during start-up and field service activities.
• Lead site activities, coordinate with customers and back-office for resources and time sheets.
• Prepare site reports, activity plans, and safety compliance as per regulations.
