Job summary

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) seeks an experienced HSE Inspector to enforce project HSE requirements on construction sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will conduct routine site inspections, verify competencies, review permits, and maintain accurate inspection records to support safe project execution. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, NEBOSH IGC, and at least five years of construction HSE experience, with English

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related discipline; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' construction HSE experience; Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
• Proven HSE inspection experience in construction/infra projects; knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe acts.
• Verify personnel competency records, permits, licenses and training.
• Inspect lifting equipment, machinery, tools, and temporary facilities for certification.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work docs.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams on HSE issues.
• Maintain accurate HSE inspection records and documentation.
