Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a seasoned HSE professional to lead safety inspections and enforce high-risk controls across major construction sites in Riyadh. You will verify permits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks, coordinate with contractors, and drive incident investigations.

A strong background in NEBOSH IGC and local licensing is required. This role demands rigorous reporting, mentoring site teams, and maintaining safety statistics to support a large-scale mixed-use development

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction HSE experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• NEBOSH IGC is required; OSHA or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Permit-to-Work systems and high-risk construction activities.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE inspections across assigned construction work areas.
• Monitor compliance with PPE, access, housekeeping, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, and work-at-height requirements.
• Verify permits, risk assessments, JSAs, toolbox talks, and safety-control measures.
• Identify unsafe acts or conditions and require immediate corrective action.
• Support safety inductions, emergency drills, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain observation registers, inspection reports, incident records, and safety statistics.
• Coordinate daily with contractor supervisors and the HSE Manager.
