Job summary

Egis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior HSE Consultant to lead Health, Safety and Environment efforts across major construction projects. You will define and implement HSE strategies, conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments, and drive corrective actions with contractors and the Employer.

You will ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and ISO 45001/14001, coordinate with multiple teams, and deliver safety reports, toolbox talks, and training to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Minimum 10 years in construction HSE management with at least 5 years on large-scale projects.
• Experience with engineering supervision consultants on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and ISO 45001/14001.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement HSE strategy aligned with project delivery.
• Lead HSE inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Contractor and Employer HSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and ISO standards.
• Develop MSRAs and monitor HSE deliverables under the HSEQ system.
• Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and reporting.
