Job summary

alfanar seeks an experienced HSE professional to support implementing HSE systems, perform advanced risk assessments, monitor site conditions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

You will integrate HSE requirements into engineering and operations, review designs for safety, develop training and emergency plans, and participate in drills and site audits to drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety engineering or related field.
• Experience implementing HSE systems and risk assessments.
• Ability to develop training content and deliver sessions.
• Experience performing site inspections and incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• HSE compliance and risk management through detailed assessments.
• Validate protection systems and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose corrective measures.
• Apply HSE requirements within engineering and operations processes.
• Prepare and deliver HSE awareness content and training sessions.
• Develop emergency response plans and drills, and assist with evacuations.
• Perform HSE inspections and generate detailed compliance reports.
• Draft and maintain HSE documentation and incident analyses.
