alfanar seeks a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) specialist to support the implementation of HSE systems across engineering and operations in Riyadh. The role centers on risk assessments, compliance, training, and emergency preparedness to protect people and assets.
Reporting to the HSE Department, you will review designs, conduct site inspections, develop procedures, and participate in drills to ensure alignment with international standards and company policies. Saudi residency is preferred.
