Job summary

alfanar is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to optimize HR processes, manage system improvements, and collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user‑focused services that support business objectives. You will maintain and enhance HR applications and ensure configurations align with HR policies.

You will analyze and improve workflows across recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, leave, and lifecycle management; plan UAT, document SOPs, and support change

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or any relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.
• Experience with HR systems, digital solutions, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR systems.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
• Plan and execute UAT for HR system enhancements.
• Develop HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
• Coordinate HR system changes and RFCs; support digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.
• Conduct training sessions for HR users; provide functional support and troubleshooting.

Job Purpose

To support and enhance HR systems and digital solutions by optimizing HR processes, managing system improvements, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that support business objectives.

Key Accountability Areas

HR Systems & Applications Support

• Support and maintain HR systems.


• Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.


• Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business needs.

HR Business Process Improvement

• Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.


• Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities.


• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements Management

• Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.


• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT.


• Support solution design and implementation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements.


• Validate system changes before production deployment.


• Ensure quality and compliance with HR policies.

Process Documentation

• Develop HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.


• Maintain HR process documentation and governance.

Change Management

• Coordinate HR system changes and Requests for Change (RFCs).


• Support digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.

Training & User Support

• Conduct training sessions for HR users.


• Provide functional support and troubleshoot HR system issues.
