Job summary

Almarai, the world’s largest dairy and food producer in the GCC, invites applications for a Senior Personnel Technician. Under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager, you will handle personnel documents, payroll support, and related administration to ensure accurate and timely pay.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in HR or related field, 1–2 years in personnel work, strong computer skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. The company offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job experience.
• Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic.

• Perform wide variety of personnel and administration tasks.
• Process and maintain personnel documents in support of payroll functionality.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with policies and procedures.
