Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer to support the Regional Training Manager in Hafr Al-Batin, Saudi Arabia. You will help deliver classroom and on-the-job training to uplift operational performance across regions.

The role requires 3 years training or supervisory experience, a diploma or undergraduate degree, and strong English communication, coaching, analytical, and presentation skills. A collaborative team player is essential.

About the Role:

To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills; knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Requirements:
