Job summary

Pacc Offshore Services Holdings Ltd. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Executive, HR to shape the employee experience across the region, from onboarding through day-to-day HR support.

The role manages talent acquisition and onboarding transactions, employee documentation, medical insurance, HR reporting, audit support, and POSH training records, while also handling payroll validation for the Middle East with extended support for India and Brazil, and contributing to HR projects and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end onboarding and talent acquisition transactions.
• Experience preparing HR documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia HR practices and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding transactions end-to-end, liaising with IT and hiring departments for a seamless start
• Maintain recruitment documentation and coordinate orientation
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, personnel files, visas, IDs, and HR records
• Administer medical insurance enrollments, deletions, and claims follow-ups
• Maintain HR databases and track probation, renewals, attendance, and leave
• Validate monthly payroll inputs for the Middle East, with extended support to India and Brazil
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, maintaining accurate records
• Prepare HR documentation for internal and external audits; maintain compliance records
• Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, joiners, leavers) and maintain HR dashboards
• Maintain POSH training records and support related training data analysis
• Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance the employee experience
