Job summary

Abdulaziz Al Goraniss Co. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the company’s HR function, report to Executive Management and drive strategy, systems, policies and performance across diversified business activities.

The role is senior, hands-on and requires strong leadership to build the HR function, lead the team and serve as a trusted advisor to executives on people-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.
• 7+ years HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization.
• Hands-on with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and related platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; capable partner to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function end to end and develop the HR team.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures and controls.
• Design org structures, job descriptions and workforce plans.
• Own recruitment from planning through onboarding.
• Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and governance.
• Manage employee relations and investigations.
• Administer lifecycle: contracts, attendance, leave, transfers, EOF.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization.
• Deliver HR reporting and executive dashboards.
• Lead HRIS projects and digital HR transformation.
• Plan training and development programs.
• Advise executives on HR risk and policy decisions.
